Pier Daniele Seu and his wife and partner Valeria Zuppardo have developed over years a contemporary idea of pizza, always by focusing on the use of top quality ingredients.
Both Seu Pizza Illuminati and Tac – Thin and Crunchy offer products that, by starting from tradition and traditional flavours, are the result of a creative mindset and innovative process.
Always thinking outside of the box: this is the main feature that makes Pier Daniele Seu and his pizza’s identity so recognisable.
Seu Pizza opened in March 2018 in the Porta Portese neighborhood, a few steps away from Trastevere. Cooked in a wooden oven, here the pizza is fluffy and soft yet with a crunchy twist.
Experience in the dough management, strong cooking techniques and a ‘chef approach’ on toppings: these are the key elements that elevates Pier Daniele’s pizza, thus offering a culinary experience.
Besides food, the whole beverage section – from a wide list of wine and champagne to an accurate drink list with cocktails, whisky and rhum – completes the high-quality offer.
Tac – Thin and Crunchy is the new creation of Pier Daniele and Valeria. Opened in January 2024 and located in Mostacciano, TAC has a popular and easygoing offer which still mantains the unique and pioneering character of Seu style. The pizza proposed here is ‘thin and crunchy’ therefore it is Pier Daniele Seu personal interpretation of the ‘roman – style’ pizza.
Natural wines, beers and drinks – that can be also consumed at the bar counter – accompany the menu.
